Plugin is not working on my website

  • Hello,

    the plugin is not working for me I deactivated all plugins, installed a clean version of the site and it doesn’t want to work. The images get the data-featherlight=”image” property but the lightbox is not working. Something is blocking it, and I can’t figure it out.

    I wrote to the theme creator, and he wrote that I needed to contact the plugin creator.

    Can you please help me?

    Can you test on twentytwenty or another standard WordPress theme?

    yes, twentytwenty works ??
    it is something on my site-theme and can’t figure it out.

    I need it to work on that particular theme.

    I think but I’m not sure that the image is opening in lightbox but, after that immediately jumps to its own URL link. Dunno why I need to prevent the default behavior of the anchor?

    Ok i testet the plugin called Test jQuery Updates
    and after I thick the jQuery 3.5.1 and disable the jQuery migrate it works.

    My current version jQuery is –

    Wappalyzer:

    JavaScript Libraries
    jQuery UI 1.12.1
    jQuery Migrate 3.3.1
    jQuery 1.12.1

    I have WP up to date I need to manually update the jQuery?

    Since the plugin works on a base theme, then I would check with the theme author and let them know what’s going on.

    I’d hate to give you advice that would further break something with the theme you’re using.
