Installed and activated the plugin. Add a new rule for guests only, hide quantity, hide add to cart and override price field for text “login to see prices”. Add all my catergories and hit save. When I log out I see don’t see the prices and add to cart except on the homepage (add to cart button). When I do log in I still don’t see the prices and add to cart.

    What I doing wrong?

Hello @zepig We don’t have a developer right now but working on a replacement. This shall be the first task to examine. Sorry for the complications, we don’t like to hear of plugins failing to perform as they are intended.

Hello @zepig, sorry for the delay, where it takes a long time to secure a developer and then schedule the project. We have uploaded the latest plugin version which includes a couple of feature additions and some small fixes but we could not find any problems with the plugin regarding your problem. However, the fact that both Guest and User could be checked at the same time would cause a conflict. The update restrains only one to be checked, either Guest or User, but doesn’t allow both to be checked which we believe was the cause of your issue. If a person wants the created rule to apply to all users, neither box should be checked. Be sure to clear the cache on your website and your browser after the update, to clear any previous file data that might conflict.

Hi, it is working better now. Thanks. But I now see the add to cart button on my homepage when I’m not logged in. I have select the setting ‘Check this option to hide the default cart “Add to Cart” button.’. From there I can add a product to my cart and there I see the price.

@zepig We would need all the settings. Did you check either the Guest or User boxes mentioned above? Currently, if neither box is checked, the plugin works predictably. So we would need to know which box is checked to troubleshoot.

Hi, I have only guest checked. I can send screenshots, where can I send those?

Hello @zepig, The developer’s email for Vikrant Sampla is [email protected], please email him the data. He nor I could replicate a problem, therefore we assume it is something of conflict installed on your WooCommerce configuration. If you could grant him admin access by creating a temporary login and password to your installation as Administrator, he will log in and try to define the problem. He is very trustworthy and will not damage your installation or lurk through your customer database. Thanks!
