Plugin is not working

  • Before plugin update everything was working fine till version 2.1. But After plugin update 3.01.

    Facebook IA not reading my Feeds from site. can you please help me to solve this issue?

  • Hi @sushant0077. I’m so sorry to hear that upgrading the plugin caused some problems. We’ve been slow to respond because we are short-staffed to keep up with all activity in the community but we do care about difficulties you are having and we’ll try our best to resolve your issues.

    Is Facebook IA still not reading the feed from your site?

    Can you do me a favor and check if there are any warnings or error messages in the “Configuration” of your RSS Feed (under the “Publishing Tools” section of your Facebook Page)?
