Plugin Is Not Working

    I downloaded this plugin from the WP site and it shows the version as: 1.2.3.4

    However when starting this post the version drop down list does not show this version. It shows version 2.9 to 4.1.1. But hey ho…..

    My problem is that after installing the plugin, on this site: farnhamscouting.com.

    It does not work!

    I’ve tried setting it so it should pop up on different pages, the home page, immediately (0 seconds), after 1 second etc. etc.

    It simply will not pop up.

    I’ve switched Ajax mode on and off, to no avail. I’ve tried debug mode, safe mode. Nothing works.

    Help!!

    If I can get this to work I will happily buy the pro version!

    Hi Steve thats probably means you have some javascript error on the site. Can you share your site url so I can check?

    Sorry I miss the site url because was not a link. I just checked your site and as suspected it have several javascript errors

    jquery.js?ver=1.11.1:2 Uncaught TypeError: Cannot read property ‘length’ of undefined
    functions.js:6 Uncaught TypeError: undefined is not a function

    Tell your developer to fix them in order to make the popup work

    We do not have a developer as this is a charity site.

    I’s OK we have gone with another popup product that does work.
