Plugin is not working

  • When users submit the jotform no notification email is sent to us and no new submission is added to the submissions page at jotform.com.

    Not sure how long this has been happening. Opening a ticket with jotform.com they found nothing in the history for the submissions. Is there anything in wordpress that I can look at to find these old submissions?
