    Hi there!

    I have used this plugin for a few customers in the past, but now it’s not working anymore.

    – Add/Update Contact: checked
    – Track Order Status: unchecked
    – Debug Log: Enabled

    Email addresses are not added to the list in AC and neither are the tags.

    Oh good to know: I’m usung the ‘normal’ URL instead of the API URL, because it says so: In the format “https://youraccount.activehosted.com”

    In your description of the plugin you say that I need to fill in the API URL. I tried both btw, but it doesn’t make any difference.

    Could you help me with this?

    The URL is probably in the format https://accountname.api-us1.com

    Check ‘Settings > Developer > API Access’ when logged into your ActiveCampaign account to be sure.

    What does the wc-ac-hook debug log say on WordPress?

    You can view the debug log at ‘WooCommerce > System status > Logs > wc-ac-hook-*’

    However for my other client I use the normal URL and the plugin is still working. So I think it must be the normal URL instead of the API URL (it also says so in the note when filling it in..)

    There are no logs at all for the wc-ac-hook.. What does this mean?

    As far as I can see, the plugin in is activated..

    If there was a problem connecting to ActiveCampaign then it would be in the debug log. If there is no debug log then no sync has been attempted.

    With the settings you have a customer should be sync’d when an order is created at checkout with a status of ‘Processing’ (since you have selected the Add/Update Contact when order status is processing).

    Please can you check the last order you received and look at the initial status and sequence. Some setups have an order flow that skips the ‘Processing’ step. If that is the case then you need to uncheck the Add/Update Contact (so that the sync happens at order complete) or use the Track Order Status option.

    Thanks for your quick reply! All orders have the status ‘completed’.

    Hmm maybe I should uncheck the Add/Update Contact then. So weird, I used this plugin a lot and always had this checked..
