Plugin is not supported

The javascript for ezTOC is not being loaded on the site where it does not work. Something must be excluding it somehow.

Is there any solution?

You’ll have to identify what is causing this. That is not something I can do by looking at the page. My suggestion is to do a plugin conflict check:

I thought that it might have been Autoptimize loading the page with the script (not being cached), but I loaded the page with it disabled and the issue still persisted.

I am using the same plugin on both sites, but on 2nd site its working fine. But i will check for plugin conflict and let you know soon.
