Plugin is not showing in menu

  • I have installed the lastest version of the premium plugin (sp-client-document-manager-premium.3.1.4.4) on my site feliciadray.com. I can see it in the plugin list of the admin dashboard, however I am not able to see it in the dashboard menu so that I can adjust the settings and add my purchase code.

    I have deactivated all of the plugins on the site just in case there was a conflict, but that did not seem to help. I also uninstalled and reinstalled, but I am facing the same issue Please advise.

    Hey hows it going? Please submit a ticket on our premium site to handle premium plugin issues. But just a side note, our plugin requires the community version. So please make sure that is installed as well, that sounds like your issue!
