    Hi,

We have inserted Wise in an installation package of a Themeforest theme. I have some customers that would translate it but have not found .pot file in plugin folders, so i tryed to create myself using poedit (I have premium version), but poedit tell me that the plugin is not localization ready.

Please may you check this and solve?

    Thank you so much.

    Hi,

I thought that I cannot limit users to narrow set of languages, so everybody can translate the plugin on Settings Page (plugin’s settings). It is a 10-minutes work. I think it is a better option. However, I don’t exclude possibility that I will provide a quick way to choose one of the few popular languages.

    Thank you!
    Marcin

For example, could you please tell me how to translate the “enter message here” text that we see on frontpage, in the wise chat message box, using this “settings page” that you mentioned in your previous message ? I didnt get how to translate that… Can you please b more specific and describe 1 by 1, how we can do it? Thanks.

I have already been in php files, and changed the “enter message here” TEXT into my own language in {wp-content\plugins\wise-chat\src\admin\WiseChatLocalizationTab.php} but, it still remains unchanged in the browser online chat window ??
What am i doing wrong? How can i achieve this translation? Help me please…

    Hi,

do not change any files. Undo the changes.

In order to translate Wise Chat visit WordPress admin panel and go to: Settings (left menu) -> Wise Chat Settings page. Then click on Localization tab and find a field titled “Hint Message”. Translate the message “Enter message here” into you own language and click “Save Changes” button. You can translate every field on Localization tab.

    Regards
    Marcin

And, that was easy at this point ! ??
Thanks a lot dear Marcin… Take care, and thanks for this wonderful plugin. Cheers.
