Plugin is not functioning correctly?

Everything seems to be connecting properly to my S3 account because the folders show in the drop down. The problem is that instead of the link to the image being moodyins.s3.amazonaws.com it is https://MoodyIns.s3.amazonaws.com/moody/wp-content/uploads/2013/05/page1-img1x.jpg which does a broken link on the image.

Also why does this plugin not display the sub folders on S3?
