• Hi, I have a problem – after the last update when the plugin changed to the new version it stopped displaying on my site. I have checked all settings and everything looks ok. Before this update, all worked perfectly. I thought it is bc I don’t have paid version, so
I have also tried to switch to the 7 days trial full version – didnt help.
    Thank you for the help.

    Hi skalijowa,

As you also emailed us about this same issue, and we’ve responded there, we will keep the conversation in one place.

For others why may see this post, please see the following:

This could be one of a couple issues. Do you have “Enable Color Filtering” turned on in the “Basic” area of the “Options” tab in our plugin admin? Also, make sure that at least one of “Show Color” or “Show Text” is set to “Yes”.

If you go to the “Appearance > Widgets” area of your WordPress admin, do you have the widget added to the correct area?

I am also having same problem I have enable the options but still can not see the widget , it was appearing before but just after an update it disappear, I am using woo-commerce 3.2.6 please help

    Hi Appnologic,

Could you provide us with a link to your shop page? If you go to the “Appearance > Widgets” area of your WordPress admin, does the widget still show there in the correct area?

For all those, who has encountered this problem – try activating filter block on any page through the

    <?php echo apply_filters( 'the_content','[ultimate-woocommerce-filters]');?>

but not through the widgets and do_shortcode() function.

    Hi,

i have the same issue – what is your solution – add this code:
    <?php echo apply_filters( ‘the_content’,'[ultimate-woocommerce-filters]’);?>
as text element to the sidebar via widget?

Maybe you give a solution that everybody can simply understand.

    Hi SeoFoxx,

The problem is that you might not actually have the same root issue as someone else. The code that vlabots shared would be put in a theme template file, not a widget. That should only be necessary if your theme is applying some kind of (or not applying the correct) filtering on your pages or doesn’t have the widgets set up correctly.

What is your exact issue? And have you tried what we’ve already suggested earlier in this thread?

    Hi,
I am facing the same problem. I habe installed the plugin Ultimate Wp Filters, put in on the sidebar which appear on my shop page and…. nothing appears…
Could you give me some help please.
    Thks

    Hi Gwladys,

In order for the widget to actually contain some filters, you need to make sure that you’ve created some colors/sizes/etc. and assigned them to products in WooCommerce. Then, in the “Basic” area of the “Options” tab in our plugin admin, you need to make sure that you’ve enabled the filtering you want (e.g. “Enable Color Filtering”).

    Hello
Thk you for theanswer. But I did all that without any different result.

We can’t view your site because it says it’s under construction. Is there a way for you to allow access to your WooCommerce shop page?

Did you add the widget to your sidebar? Does your theme have a special place to add WooCommerce widgets?

There is likely a step missing somewhere along the line. If you’ve created colors, enabled color filtering, added colors to products, added the widget to your page, then it really should show. If it doesn’t, it’s likely a conflict with something else (perhaps another third-party WC extension). Are there any errors in the developer console?

    Hey,

We are also experiencing this issue on our site.

Already tried everything you guys mentioned here, made sure there are colors on assigned to products and color filtering is enabled to show text and color. The widget is also on the correct sidebar.

We also tried adding the shortcode,[ultimate-woocommerce-filters], on the sidebar via HTML and text widget but still no luck.

Here’s the link to the page where we should see the color filtering: https://weselectdresses.com/product-category/shop-dresses/

Let us know what you need!

    Thank you!

    Hi wpbuffs,

When you put the shortcode into the sidebar, was anything displayed (eg. the text [ultimate-woocommerce-filters]) or nothing at all?

Worked perfectly! I did try using the shortcode before but not really sure why it did not work last time. But it’s working now! thank you!

edit: the plugin’s widget is working again now. Really weird, I’ll add another comment to this thread if it won’t show again.
