Prompt Support

  • There was a problem, but the plugin’s team respond promptly. This plugin has a big potential to grow much further. Its advantage compared to other solutions:

    1. ability to customize fields (I only know this plugin who can do it)
    2. Easy to use.
    3. WordPress-based 9some people prefer this).
    4. Solve project management and employment management issues (they even have clients and documents features).

    Some room for improvements:

    1. Ability to edit old fields and set the layout.
    2. Simpler database scheme when storing the data
    3. Design and performance.

    I am an active paid customer of this plugin. However, suddenly my active license is invalid, furthermore I cannot login to their website (reset password and contact is not even working). After so much data inserted to the database and still a long-paid license terms, I am really disappointed with this plugin.

    I will change my review if they fix their problem ASAP.

    @bzmngr unfortunately I cannot submit any ticket either because I cannot even login to your website (as I mentioned in my review).
