Plugin is hogging 79% of pageload resources according to P3!

Noticed issues with this plugin a few weeks back when it quit counting Tweet shares? Now the plugin is hogging 79% of our site pageload according to P3 Plugin Performance Profiler, and this is after clearing the caches and simplifying the share buttons to just FB, G+ and Twitter. Here’s the proof: with my custom settings = 79% resource hog: https://i.imgur.com/boFvtVG.png and with less than default settings still uses 75% resources! This plugin needs a serious fix.
