plugin is deactivated but JS still loads

I deactivated this plugin, but when I test the webpage in Google Pagespeed, it says that I can save 20.6 KiB by eliminating this unused JavaScript: https://static.addtoany.com/menu/modules/core.D0Uc7kY6.js.
Why is that JS still loading and how do I stop it?
