Plugin is deactivated but fields are still showing in profiles

Howdy! This plugin was very fun to play with, but I’m testing out new forums and I’ve deactivated it. The fields are still showing in my member’s profiles, and I’m a little hesitant to delete the plugin, because I’m concerned this might be a warning that it will leave changes to my database.

I am pretty much a newb when it comes to the mechanics of plugins, so I just need to know it’s ok to delete it, or what I should do from here?
