Plugin is creating problem with Product Categories pages

This plugin has been working perfectly to give me e-commerce data in google analytics. However it seems to be messing with the javascript that loads products onto the product category pages. This problem seems happen especially when the website is viewed on a mobile device.

I actually have the plugin deactivated at the moment because it makes the product categories pages useless on a mobile device. If the plugin needs activated for you to diagnose the problem I could do that for you.
