Plugin is causing long delays in saving/updating WordPress content

Hi there, I recently installed the plugin and sucesffuly created a sitemap. I noticed shortly after though, that saving/updating any WordPress content was talking a long time – 45 seconds to a minute. After a round of troubleshooting, I’ve tracked it down to this plugin. I appreciate there may be a plugin conflict somewhere, but with practically all other plugins disabled, having this one active casuses the issue. I’m running the latest version of WordPress and all other plugins are up to date, on PHP 7.4.

Any ideas? I’d like to keep using the plugin, so are there any log files I can send to you, to help out?
