Plugin is causing fatal error

    Hello is there any support here for this plugin please?? My site is a mess and has been a while because of this plugin.

    Can you, please, provide me more details about your issue?

    Was your website down when you activated the Mesmerize Companion?

    What is the displayed error message?

    Can you, please, check if you are using the latest version of the plugin?

    Also, can you deactivate your plugins except the Mesmerize Companion and recheck your issue?

    The error displayed is: “There has been a critical error on your website.

    Learn more about debugging in WordPress.”

    That is with the plugin activated. When plugin is deactivated the site loads, but is displaying wrong – due to the plugin isn’t there.

    Yes latest version of plugin and Pro theme.
