Plugin is causing bad permalinks

    What are your permalink settings set to? You can check at Settings > Permalinks. Try setting it to anything but the first option.

    I can’t get that url query to show up for me though regardless of those settings. Is it possible another theme or plugin is adding it when WooCommerce is active? Try temporarily switching back to the WordPress Twenty Twelve Theme, or Storefront, and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then slowly re-enable features until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.
