Plugin is causing 50-100 seconds of delay in the admin panel viewing all product

  • I disabled all plugins and just had woocommerce+backin stock notifier active. takes over a minute to load product>all products on the admin panel. I even reduced the amount of products to 50 per page, minimal columns displayed etc.

    With 25+ plugins and disabled back in stock notifier the product all products page loads in ~1 second and I increased the total products displayed to 150, activated product images+seo to display w the products.

    Tried this on PHP 8, 8.1, 8.2 same results.

    Any assistance is appreciated as I love the product and and have found it crucial to my woo store for years now.

    Could you please ensure that the option “Show Subscribers Count” is enabled on your end? You can find this option in your Admin Dashboard under Instock Notifier > Settings > Troubleshoot Settings (Experimental) > Show Subscribers Count (Enable).

    Enabling this option will display the “Subscribers Count” column in the product list table (Admin Dashboard > Products > All Products), which is a specific action performed by our plugin on that page.

    I made sure to have enabled “Show Subscribers Count” (last box on the troubleshoot tab).

    It’s taking 18-35 seconds to load now, when I checked 3 times in a row.

    To address the performance issue, we suggest disabling the “Show Subscribers Count” option temporarily. Then, install any “Query Monitor” plugin and record the loading time before and after enabling the option. Kindly share the screenshots for both scenarios to facilitate our analysis.
