Plugin is best but some functions don't work

I installed this plugin and tested in my site and found this plugin has a lot of functions but unfortunately some functions don’t work. as an example, I added a new user and made a new role for it and then assigned 5 capabilities for that user but edit_post, publish_post, moderate_comment capabilities don’t work for the new user, the new user can’t even see the aforesaid sections. I also have to warn users not to change any default capability as it might break your site even if the plugin is uninstalled. I deactivated the plugin but still it shows the old role in the role section. I think I am gonna uninstall this plugin as it looks very risky. so don’t use it in your production site unless you are very experienced user and afford for the pro version.
