Plugin is active, but the icon doesn’t show

  • I have installed the plugin and activated it right away. But when I look into the Gutenberg editor and I want to try out the Accordion plugin, the Accordion item Icon doesnt’t show up in the list of Gutenberg blocks. Even using the search bar doesn’t give any result. There is no other Accordion plugin installed at the moment.

    Unfortunately I cannot show you that page, because it is part of a company’s intranet

    Without being able to see the site, all I can do is offer some areas to investigate:

    • Does the block show up if you switch to a default WordPress theme and deactivate other plugins?
    • Are there any errors in the browser console?
    • Are there any PHP errors when the plugin is activated?
    • Does the theme or any installed plugins make use of an allowed blocks only filter, only allowing explicitly registered blocks to be used on the site?
