That main page of https://ip-finder.me shows the visitor data. If you have post any comment on ip-finder.me, they are not auto published. I moderate them. So If you have blocked any IP, please check the comments using this format of the link.

Can You please tell me your website where you installed the plugin? I will get you my database info of all the IP address you have blocked.

I understand why you have closed/resolved the topic but those who aren’t involved with plugin support may not understand. If it helps, I use the following standard reply in these kinds of situations:

As there has not been an update to this topic for a while, I can only assume that the issue has now been resolved and I am now marking it as such. If this is incorrect, please feel free to change the topic’s status and/or post a followup.

This way you make it transparently clear why you closed it and put the onus back on the original poster to re-open it again. Now, even the casual reader should understand. ??

I am sorry I didn’t reply, but for some reason I have not received any notifications that somebody responded to my post. I re-activated the plugin again and tested it for a while. Some of my earlier comments are there, some are missing. I also saw that there was a bug-fix regarding the comments, which might have to do with the comments working now.

So yes I am seeing the comments now, but it I observed something else. I am getting hit about 8 to 15 times more by Spam Comments since I started using this plugin than I did before. I’m not suggesting anything, Just wondering. Anyway, it does not really do anything for me, but if somebody else is happy with it, go for it.

Yes, I have updated my website and also plugin and added new features.

About “…I am getting hit about 8 to 15 times more by Spam Comments since I started using this plugin than I did before…” like I already wrote in README file. I am not using any of the data posted from websites for marketing or anything. Just building up database to help others.

This problem is not just with the users who are using this plugin, these days everyone is getting MORE Spam Comments they are mostly according to the TITLE of that post.
I have other WordPress based websites (like https://motor-zone.com/) comments function is custom so I didnt install my own IP Blacklist Cloud plugin but still I am getting Spam Comments.

“….. Anyway, it does not really do anything for me……” would you like to suggest anything for future updates? I will be highly thankful to you.
