Plugin Interfering with Checkout

Through a process of elimination we’ve come to the conclusion that the Tidio Live Chat plugin is causing an issue on our site’s Checkout page. When the plugin is activated and integrated with the site, when someone is on the Checkout page and clicks Place Order without filling out all the necessary fields, the page just reloads but doesn’t show the normal Woocommerce error message box explaining what’s wrong:

After disabling the plugin the form validation and error reporting work as it should. Any ideas on how we can fix this?
