I pulled the Zero Spam Gravity Forms plugin out, as doing so seemed to fix the problem when other quick attempts didn’t. So on the live version of the site, this form works:
    https://www.likeable.com/landing/the-meaning-of-meaningful/

On the staging site, which still has the Zero Spam plugin on this form embedded into a page built with Thrive, on submission I’m being prompted to log in? But that wasn’t happening with my forms that were not using Thrive Architect. Any idea why these plugins might be interacting that way? Or ways to possibly fix it?

Thanks. I miss this plugin. The site gets tons of SPAM without it. Any guidance you can offer would be great.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

    hey @danzbar

apologies for the delay, the notification for this somehow got trapped in spam.

looking at the staging site URL, it seems that the form is configured to redirect users to a Gravity Form preview URL, which is likely what’s causing the login prompt

    hope that helps!

How do I install it. I cant find any instructions so is it automagically working?

Done 100’s of plugin installs and no documentation so a bit confused.

@gdognight There are no extra installation steps other than installing and activating the plugin.

Also, as a side note, it’s typically preferred that you open a new topic on the support forums rather than re-opening an unrelated ticket.

    Thanks!
