Plugin installed-Nothing Changed

I recently installed the plugin and made sure the pages were aligned to under Reading and under the Blog Designer. Still nothing works and I have checked on different browsers and got the same result.

It seems like the plugin files may be getting overwritten? Any help appreciated!
