Plugin Installed but not Working

Using an older WordPress version(5.2.21) so that could be the issue, but hoping not. Not sure what PHP our company is running either. Plugin is installed OK but not showing states anywhere, not even on the dashboard. Just trying to see how may people are viewing a certain page within our intranet. Appreciate any insight, if you are still around. Thx in advance.
