Plugin installation not working

  • Hi,
    For my site beung.com plugin installation is not working properly. When i try to download a plugin it says error and not even allows to search that plugin.
    Also, i am trying to backup the site but that too is not working. FTP is trying to access the folders but connection is rejected stating too many errors. Even dropbox backup is not working.
