Plugin installation failed: Fatal error

    I wanted to install the plugin Aweber but after I had this written on the screen: Fatal error: Cannot redeclare class Mobile_Detect in /home/antoanetavitale/public_html/wp-content/plugins/thememove-core/mobile-detect.php on line 26

    And I can not access at my blog: https://antoanetavtale.com

    What happened and how to fix?
