Glad you reached out, I can help here.

Sometimes plugin files will stick around when you try to delete from the Plugins menu, and you’ll need to use FTP or SFTP to scrub everything and get those files out. That’s why you are seeing an error message for “The target directory already exists”.

Next, navigate to the upper left hand corner to “Site Manager” or “Host” and connect your site (this will ask for log in credentials). Once your site is connected, you’ll be able to navigate from your root folder to the wp-content directory. This is where your plugins folder lives (wp-content/plugins/). You’ll be able to delete any leftover GiveWP files from here, then you’ll be able to install GiveWP without that error message getting in the way.
