Plugin Installation Failed

Hi! 2BC Image Gallery’s Support Team community, I have tried to install the plugin into my website, But I click to Install it says No Such directory available, Although I have tried it into my Local Host Server, and It works fine but not even installed into my website what’s the reason could be?
