“Plugin installation failed.”

I cannot install Clean Talk on two websites that I manage.
The error message states, “The package could not be installed. No valid plugins were found. Plugin installation failed.”
They’re hosted by different companies so the cause is not likely to be the hosting.
Both are WP sites using Divi theme. I have the plugin installed on other sites using Divi, so that too is not likely the cause.
My Clean Talk license is active and still has several available sites, so that’s not the issue.
Help please.
