Plugin Installation Errors

    Hi,
    I have purchased the premium version for extraction but I can’t get it to work for me. At the bottom of the SupraCSV -1st tab- under description I get the following:
    “Plugin Installation Errors (June 22, 2015 10:37:49 pm)”.
    The wordpress install went well as normal.
    I have downloaded and installed twice. Any help would be appreciated.
