[Plugin: Inline Attachments] Attach Actions not working

  • None of the actions for attachment work correctly. Can’t ‘attach’ after uploading an image/picture. Has the option only to ‘Insert into Post’. After refreshing the admin, post new page, while ‘Insert’ing to the Post, Gallery tab will show the images that are supposedly ‘attached’, however, can’t perform further actions viz. Delete Attachements

    Hi All,

    what do you mean by “attach” ? Do you mean, no action is possible at all? Or do you mean, that the “attach”-Button from the Attachments Plugin doesn’t work?

    Not attach, meaning no action possible at all. Also, in your screenshot for the plugin, there are additional actions possible – viz ‘Delete Attachments’ based on checkboxes, again this doesn’t show up for the plugin when installed.

    When we try to upload a file, all we get is ‘Insert into Post’ on the Media Gallery Upload Lightbox. Obviously ‘Insert into Post’ would insert the image into the post, but will not show as part of the Media Gallery Inline Meta Box. After a refresh on the browser, of the Post that you’re currently editing, the images that were inserted into post will show up on the Media Gallery Inline Meta Box.

    Hmm, I really don’t get it, over here everything is working just fine.

    The checkboxes you saw on the screenshot came from another plugin of mine, Attachments Bulk Delete. I included the functionality of this plugin with Inline Attachments today, so you don’t need to install both of them.

    If Version 0.9.4 still doesn’t work for you, I would need a bit more information on your browser, wp-version, and, even better: screenshots ??
