Plugin injecting generator Meta tag, WTF?

    MasterSlider is putting this in my page code:

    <meta name=”generator” content=”MasterSlider 3.5.0 – Responsive Touch Image Slider”/>

    A plugin has zero business injecting Meta tags into customer pages that do nothing but improve the plugin’s SEO standing. From where I’m standing, this is abusive behaviour.

    This is the PAID version. Not that it should matter – this is wrong no matter whether it’s the free or paid version.
