Plugin information

I am looking to purchase premium version.
I looking for salon booking for my local district.im resing in india. We splited by district then by thaluk then by panchayat.i looking do for my entire district.

I am selecting district virudhunagar ten it has to shows sub location (thaluk).if am selection one then it shows the shops available in that particular area then we have book .
Whether the plugin is what i am searching for….
Are if posdible can i customize coding???
