Plugin in the footer

Hello,
I am thinking of buying the developers version of your plugin.
Unfortunately I have a small problem with the plugin. Whenever I deactivate the option “Show Ticket Owner Fields” the plugin goes to the footer section.
You can have a look at the problem on the screenshot I have uploaded:
