Plugin in Real Estate by Templatic

I don’t know if this is the right category of this forum to ask this question, but..

I was looking at the themes at Templatic.com, and found a big interest of Real Estate. Since they wouldn’t send me some screenshot of the theme in backend, i’m asking here. What plugin do you think they use? I can see that the theme has a lot of functions, and I realy like the user function since the dashboard and the registration is IN the theme. It’s the same when a user “submit a property”.
