[Plugin: In-post Template] just stopped working

working a few days ago and then just stopped?

i added a few plugins – but other than that made no significant changes.

i have tried deactivating plugins except this one and that doesnt work?

the only big difference is wp-cache was not working correctly and I fixed that. I did not try deactivating that as it gives me a warning not to.

this plugin was veyr nice – is there any other options?
