PLugin in issue.

I had this contact form on my web site. well I tried to use another one for its place and it dis agreed with the contact form I had. Well with that I was unable to load the contact form and now all contact forms won’t work anymore. Anyone have issues with this? It seem even the easiest forms to but on it won’t work.. Man what a waste a time that one form was.
Help please
