• After upgrading a client’s website to WordPress 3.3.1, it seems Events Manager is causing a problem with shortcodes in pages called by Improved Include Page. I have deactivated all plugins and reactivated them one by one, and traced the issue to Events Manager.

With Events Manager active, shortcodes do not render on pages called by Improved Include Page. I am using WP Render Blogroll Links, Tubepress, and Comprehensive Google Map Plugin, and Improved Include Page to display pages containing content from the first three plugins. Improved Include Page continues to pull the heading of each page, but nothing from the shortcode is displayed.

I am running Improved Include Page 0.4.8.
This is true of Events Manager 5.0.41, through 5.0rc1. Downgrading to 4.305 has fixed the problem, and everything renders fine.

I am happy to provide any additional information I can that might help troubleshoot this problem- hoping I can help Events Manager fix the conflict if it’s on their end.
