[Plugin: Import Users from CSV] Multisite User question

I have gone through some of the questions throughout the support area and have gotten some things to work, but might be doing something wrong.

I am able to upload the users with all the info that i wanted them to have, and in the “network users” area it says they are added to the individual sites I designated.

The problem is that they don’t show up as users on those sites?
not sure what i am doing wrong, but any help you can give would be greatly appreciated.
