    The plugin is great. I have used for a long time. The update version is specially helpful.
    I am Chinese. I am using EXCEL to save all my user list. In Excel Chinese version, CSV file is saved as ANSI format, not UTF8 format. When I import the ANSI format file with the plugin, Chinese characters will be gone. I must transfer the CSV file from ANSI format to UTF8 format every time. It’s not difficult, but a little boring.
    I suggest the plugin can detect the file format of the CSV file. If it’s ANSI format, is it possible to import with ANSI method?

    Unfortunately, there is no reliable way to automatically detect the encoding in PHP (unless there is one I don’t know of?), so if think it is better to always use the UTF-8 CSV file.
