[Plugin: Image Widget] Picture is not showing

I downloaded 3.3.3 and installed. The widget appeared.
I copied the link for a picture from my uploaded pictures https://u12c.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/04/Pot199x189.jpg .
Inserted the widget in the main sidebar on right. I filled in the title.
Pasted the link.
I saved.
Viewed the page.
The title shows, but no picture.
