[Plugin: Image Rotator Widget] Thickbox goes blank and no images are inserted

The Image Rotator Widget seems is not working in the new WP 3.3. After clicking “Insert into post” the lightbox goes blank and nothing else happens… the images don’t get attached.
Any known issues? Thank you
