[Plugin: IM8 Box Hide] conflict with Adminimize plugin

I searched for days to find a way to remove a post metabox for the “subscribe2” plugin, IM8 Box Hide was the only thing that could do it. Unfortunately, it over rides some of the Adminimize admin menu settings, causes it to show tabs that are set as hidden in Adminimize settings. I was able to reproduce the conflict absent any other plugins.
This is a unique plugin in that it lets you disable the meta boxes created by plugins. All other meta box hiding methods I tried only hide the default wp post meta boxes.
