Plugin ignoring anchor point from url

    Hello,

    I want to redirect a url to different page with anchor point in the end
    Like
    mydomain.com/help
    to
    mydomain.com/faq/#contact-support

    but plugin is ignoring (#contact-support) that part of url completely & my redirect look like this
    mydomain.com/faq/

    can you please help me achieve that with Redirection?

    The plugin doesn’t ignore the target anchor. You may need to clear your browser cache.

    @johnny5 Thank you for your kind response, after some digging i have found it only happens if i,m logged in as an admin, i have tried as a guest & it is redirecting fine there . I,m marking this issue as a resolved but if you want to do further investigation i,ll be always here to contribute.

    The redirect will behave the same regardless of your login status. It is almost certainly a cache issue.
