[Plugin: IFrame Widget] passing parent page querystring parameters

I need to pass parent page querystring parameters to the target url of the embedded iframe.
I tried appending ‘?<?php echo $_SERVER[‘QUERY_STRING’]; ?>’ to the target url but it is not decoded on the browser.
