[Plugin: IDrive for WordPress] Backup Still not completed after 2 weeks.

I installed this plug-in and about 2 weeks ago and it has started but not completed the back-up process yet. I have requested support but they have not been very helpful taking about 3 to 4 days between each contact and offering nothing of analysis from their end.

In addition when logged into their web site the recalculation button does not work. Again support offered no explanation.

I know the software is free but if they want to sell you service (through upgrading) then this is not the way to do it.
