    I have tried and tried to set up and get my cron job to process and import xml url just like the documentation says, but it just wont upload? It tell me that it has been triggered and that it is processing but nothing happens, nothing is imported

    Hi @bondy,

    After the trigger, the “processing” script needs to run multiple times in order to fully process and import the data. That’s why we recommend running it every 2 minutes.

    If you’ve already set it to run every 2 minutes, it’s likely that the server is terminating the import or the cron jobs aren’t set up correctly. Here are some troubleshooting steps you can take:

    • Make sure your URLs are wrapped in quotes in your cron jobs, for example: https://d.pr/i/yVQJ4V.
    • Go to All Import -> Settings and make sure the “Cron Processing Time Limit” is set to 120 or below.
    • Go to Manage Imports -> Import Settings and lower the records per iteration: https://d.pr/i/Vakkd3.

    After that, you can manually visit the cron URLs in your browser to see if they’re working and what’s returned.
